Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 CAD (before taxes and discounts) within Canada and the United States.
Orders under $50 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your order has shipped
- Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays)

International Orders
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses

Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Double-check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- If unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Retain the original packaging
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
