Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: Free Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 business days
  • Applies to: All products

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Free Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–11 business days
  • Applies to: All products

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 CAD (before taxes and discounts) within Canada and the United States.
Orders under $50 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your order has shipped
  • Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays)

Once shipped, your order can be tracked via:

  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  • Contacting our Customer Care team with your order number

International Orders

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Double-check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
  • If unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Retain the original packaging
  • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the photos and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
